Many things:
1) Quote of the day- "I don't know what I just licked, but...eh...oh well."
2) What if instead of competing based on sales/profit, retail businesses competed based on a weekly sack race?! Just imagine! Every Saturday, all up and down Broadway, all the retail outfits competing for #1. Urban Outfitters would have an asymmetrical 80's looking sack. AE would have a "vintage" denim one that would look exactly like A&F, but would just be cheaper and would fall apart quicker, Express would have either a black or purple lycra sack that was way too tight, Aldo would have a giant shoe, Old Navy's racers would just be on the ground on top of each other (much like their clothing generally is in the store), and Prada would observe from the bowels of their bourgeois basement via live webcam. No blue ribbon for you Prada.
3) Anybody know anything about iPod? I got one yesterday and after I installed the software, it says I have to configure my iPod, so I click on the "configure" button, but nothing happens. So I click on the "cancel" button and it goes about its business. Then later, it says I have to format my iPod, but when I try to do that, it says that more than one iPod is attached to my computer and I have to remove all the ones I don't want to format. Umm, my computer doesn't have enough holes to plug in more than one. I don't understand. Help?
4) I have stayed up too late yet again and am going to be a dreary sight tomorrow at AE. They're going to regret putting me in room 1. Twill not be a cheery cheery cheerleader day for me.
5) Exodus rocks. Miriam was a smart lil chica. Too bad Moses was such a whiner. And what's up with the Israelites? Don't they WANT to be freed from slavery?!?! Man, people are so stupid...myself included. How often does God say to us, "You are mine. I love you. I want to free you from this bondage and by my mighty hand, I will rescue and redeem you" but we're so discouraged by our sin or just so used to it that we can't even listen?? Oh...I feel some SCC comin' on. Bryan, this one's for you (Shane version for Liesl and Dre):
Remember your chains
Remember the prison that once held you
Before the love of God broke through
Remember the place
You were without grace
And when you see where you are now,
Remember your chains are gone.
6) Hey Shelley. Welcome to New York.
7) Thanks for the info Scott. I'm going to email you later.
8) Andrea, yes the one...the only...the soon to get hitched.
9) My new BFFs, Ann, Brooke, and Megan: HURRY BACK!!
10) Nice round number. Good night.
