Onward Hoe!

So I missed my flight to Venice. stupid bus. looks like another sleepless night in the airport for me and the adventures shall begin tomorrow...at 5:00 a.m. Bully. What stinks is that I'm not even IN London any more. I'm in Stansted, which is about a 2 hour bus ride outside of London. Had I known this, I definitely would have gone to the bus station 2 hours earlier. However, I was told it was a 1 hour bus ride and was not aware that the line to buy the ticket would take me an hour to get through. So now I can't even do anything touristy in London without paying £20 round trip to go back and another who knows how much for lodging.

Oh well...as long as I'm here and have 7 minutes of internet time left, some more notable differences between London and NY:
- The Rod Stewart Musical...what?!?!
- when a window at the ticket line becomes available, instead of hearing (in a very thick long island accent), "NEXT ON LINE STEP DOWN!" you hear a nice British woman say, "Position number 14 please." It's quite pleasant.
