I had no idea
| So I wasn't overjoyed about coming to Madrid. I was just so-so about it. However, having hung out for a day, I can now say that I freaking love this city. Maybe it's because it's Sunday, but it's SOO chill. I could totally live here. There's plenty to do, but it doesn't feel so big. I walked all around today. It wasn't far. Saw the Puerta del Sol, the Prado Museum, the Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, the Plaza Oriente...all between the hours of 9 and 3...walking. AND I stopped for lunch. Mmmm paella. And it's not quite as hot as it is in Málaga, so that's nice. Anywho, I think I'm just going to go ahead and go up to the train station. I'll have a really long time to wait, but I suppose I'll find something to keep me occupied. And I'm not about to miss that train. Paris, here I come!!!! |
