My life normally isn't THIS exciting
Seriously, I usually just go to work, come home, go to work, come home, go to sleep, rinse and repeat. Once a week, church is thrown into the mix, and there's the occasional meal with friends, but for the past 2 weeks and the one to come, I am the jet-setting queen of the universe (maybe I drove the first 2 weeks, but I've still been getting around). After a week in Charleston with my family, I went up to New York for Mike and Sonja's wedding on the 28th. I stuck around for the week, got shut out twice for the "Wicked" lottery, and spent my very own New Year's Rockin' Eve in Times Square with Emily Furr. All of the above were absolutely fantastic (except for not getting to see "Wicked"), and pictures will be posted soon. I don't have time right now, though, because I'm in the midst of last minute preparations for my trip to Paris, for which I leave tomorrow. Tomorrow! Did we all catch that? Because it has just hit me today.
Anywho, so that means I'll be incognito or incommunicado or excommunicated or something like that until the 10th. But feel free to email or post comments or leave phone messages for me so that I will have them upon my return.
Happy New Year y'all! Viva la France!!
