myspace...it's a different world now

When I was on myspace the first time, it was a personal account. I was myself, and that was it. People from high school and college and Raleigh and New York and Caswell all found me, and it was a fun little cyber-reunion. And while I had several random people request to be my friends, it was nothing like it is now, and I'm starting to think it's because my display picture is essentially a nice shot of my rack. Perhaps it's time to do a little experimenting with that, put a face-shot up, and see what happens. I mean, I just got a friend request from a 40-year-old man in Cary whose background was a Rolling Stones-themed wallpaper, complete with tongue sticking out of large mouth. The song on his page was that awful Evanescence song about call me when you're sober or some crap. And almost all of his 16 friends were hot, scantily-clad girls in their early 20's.

I don't want to rock your shirt, buddy. Don't want to rock it at all.
