Onward Hoe!

The Raleigh News and Observer has this little diversion going on for those of us who really couldn't care any less about college basketball. You can read the full story here, but essentially, they've chosen 64 of their favorite TV characters, male and female, from both dramas and comedies, ranked them, and placed them in an NCAA Championship-style bracket. Your job is to whittle it down to the best of the best. Some of the pairings were no-brainers (Murphy Brown vs. Raven Baxter, for example) while others proved far more difficult (Homer Simpson vs. Jack McFarland...I ended up going with Homer, though this one could have easily gone the other way depending on my mood).

Homer beat out Suzanne Sugarbaker (also an extremely difficult decision, which came after another intense match-up between Suzanne and Murphy Brown) and is now pitted against Magnum, P.I. for the title.

It's time to decide. Where do my loyalties lie? I think we all know the answer to this.
