Lessons Learned from Grey's Anatomy
I tried to post this last night, but our (neighbor's) internet was doing funky things, and I couldn't get online. That whole thing about getting what you pay for must be true. Or maybe I should go have a talk with him or her...if only I knew which neighbor's internet we were using. Anyhoe...
I think it's time for a quick recap of the things we've learned from Grey's Anatomy:
I think it's time for a quick recap of the things we've learned from Grey's Anatomy:
- NEVER vent with alcohol.
- NEVER vent with your "best friend" who has feelings for you, or for whom you have feelings.
- NEVER EVER vent with your "best friend" with alcohol.
- Don't deny that you are depressed or grieving. They won't let you in on any cool surgeries until you admit it and thus begin the healing process.
- Don't agree to marry someone you don't want to marry just because you think it'll make them happy.
- If you don't believe in marriage, don't agree to get married.
- Don't sleep with someone who might be your boss later on.
- Don't fall in love with your patients (ahem...Alex, did you learn nothing from Izzy and Denny? Don't go down that path!)
- Let people love you.
- It's all about people.
