Voicemail Visions
While listening to the longest, bestest message in the history of voicemail from Miss Annie Grant, I noticed two things:
1. A guy waited for my phone for a good 30 minutes while the other one (an extra 2 steps away, literally) was both available and functional. I don't understand. People do things like that here, I've noticed...just stand around waiting for one thing when you could be using another. And by the time I got off the phone, he probably could have made at least 9 calls. Like I said, it was a long message. Thanks Ann. I appreciated it a lot.
2. A girl literally crammed herself into pants that were at least 2 or 3 sizes too smal for her. She got them up to the tops of her legs and I thought, "those ain't makin' it all the way up." Then I watched in amazement/horror/awe as she stuffed herself into them. I don't think I ever saw her get them buttoned though. Yikes. Buy clothes that fit. It's better for everyone.
